Salsa is favorite of my mine and this recipe and very easy to make and very healthy too. Make sure you get the freshest ingredients before you start. This recipe should take no longer than 10-15 minutes to make. This recipe is from a local Mexican restaurant.
Ripe Roma Tomatoes 8-10
Onions 1/8 cup (don’t use too much otherwise it will overwhelm the tomatoes)
Cilantro 1/4 cup
Put in blender (puree is ok but you can use other settings)
Pull out some tortilla chips and you’re done
